• we will store and use your e-mail address ONLY for the purpose of delivering e-Briefings
• we will never knowingly divulge your e-mail address to any third party except where we are required to by reason of legislation
• because of the increasing amount of information published, you should ensure your email inbox allows you adequate storage space.
• we do not attempt to resend any e-mails that "bounce" from your address
• if e-mails "bounce" on 3 or more consecutive occasions we may delete your address from our list (this is an "intelligent" process - we will not delete you where, for example, system outage is an obvious reason.)
• we reserve the right to remove any address from our list without explanation 
  

The terms "daily" and "weekly" are indicative of the frequency of emails being sent. They are for guidance only. We may send more than one e-Briefing in a day/week or we may send none at all. e-Briefings take the form of PDF attachments and will require the free Adobe Reader® or other PDF viewer.
